There is a *****ulent account opened under my elderly mothers name. I would like assistance with the details or information captured under her name as I will be opening a ***** case with the SA Police services and will also be disputing this with the credit bureau.

How do you give credit to the wrong person? This is totally unacceptable from a company operating as long as this one.
