Disputed balance and no response from Rage

I’m extremely disappointed with Rage. My account balance has increased significantly and has surpassed the credit limit that was originally granted to me, despite there being no further purchases during the period in question. I have also received an SMS from Rage stating that I owe a higher amount than what appears on the account statement I received. The amount communicated to me also does not reflect on my credit report, which has left me seriously concerned about the accuracy of the account. I made a payment, but after questioning how the balance was calculated, I stopped paying and requested clarification. I submitted a written dispute and still have not received a response. I am simply asking Rage to provide a clear reconciliation of the account and explain the discrepancies.
