They ruined my credit score even though I never missed a payment and always paid on time. However, my ClearScore report showed that I had missed payments. When I contacted Rage for clarification, I was told that the issue was because I did not have a store card.

I then visited the Empangeni branch to request a card, but I was informed that they do not issue cards and that I can make payments using my ID number instead.

I also sent an email requesting that they update and correct my account records, but I have not received any response. This situation has negatively affected my credit score despite my payment history being up to date.
