Typical Agent - only looking after their whales

As a job searcher, I have trouble putting my trust in agents. Dante Nelspruit just embedded that lack of trust. What exactly was it about my application that wasn't appealing enough to set me up for potential interviews? The lack of understanding and getting to know their candidates are obvious. Too busy with their BDE's I guess.
