terrible attitude from agent

i am really disappointed in the service in which the agent from dante was giving me ,all i asked for was a copy of my termination letter and in return i got a dirty attitude and stupid questions to go with it,i dont blame the agency itself because they are very effecient .although they do need to teach their staff manners and teach them to stop misleading . i did call the director and she was very helful although i have not received anything as yet...
