Promises Unfulfilled

Zero Follow-Through. My experience with this consultancy has been extremely disappointing. Following a promising initial "getting to know you" conversation, proper communication ceased, unless you count the generic mail stating: employer decided on an alternative candidate. I was left utterly abandoned, despite being assured they would support me until I found suitable employment. My follow-up emails have been completely ignored. This lack of basic communication and follow-through makes their service essentially useless.
