Happy Candidate :)

My recruitment agent from Dante Personal was absolutely amazing!! My contract had ended and I was no longer contracting my services out. I was stressfully looking for a permanent position and it was at a time in my life where I just was not sure about my options. I was obviously prepared to do anything but as we all know - Job satisfaction is so very important. My agent Caitlin Liebenberg, was such a breath of fresh air to work with.. professional, efficient and encouraging. As I was contracting my services out for the past two years with no other clients in site, my contract ending was really stressful for me. Caitlin from Dante Personal never gave up on me! On a weekly basis, Caitlin would keep in touch. One of Caitlin's internal colleagues, Timiyah De Goede was looking for a candidate like myself for one of her clients. Caitlin had by then, analyzed my cv, my experience, and what i love to do and what drives me, and had suggested to put myself forward for Timiyah's client. Timiya then contacted me immediately. Just as professional, efficient and encouraging as Caitlin and sent my details forward. I have now been placed in the perfect job for me!! I have been placed in jobs mostly by recruitment companies. Just to name a few, Drake international, The right company, Professional Career services and now by Dante Personal. I have had a great experience with each company but both Caitlin and Timiyah, from Dante Personal really did an amazing job by analyzing my experience together with my strength's and weaknesses, encouraging me and never giving up on me. I have now found the perfect job and have already impressed within the first week. Not to mention job satisfaction to the MAX!!! I am so happy to be back in the industry that drives me to succeed. I honestly feel like on a personal level i would never have found the perfect place for me without Caitlin and Timiyah!! It is so easy to find a job ' when you just looking for a paycheck' with Dante personal - You will make the right placement! Thank you so much Dante, Caitlin and Timiyah for not giving up on a girl. Because of you i am confident happy and thriving again! By the by my new job rocks!!!!
