Dans Appliance giving small entrepreneurs a bad name.

Hi Last September I made use of Dans appliance repair to repair my freezer and refridgerator. He told me the defroster timer of the refridgerator gave in. So they needed to fit another one but they did not have a replacement part thats competable to my unit so they wanted to modify the space where n different one could fit. I told them I don't want them to do that. He assured me that it would be OK. And if there are any problems he will bring the proper timmer and fit it. Well I phone the guy because within 3 days i discovered that the timer he fitted was noisy. A month later the freezer did not freeze anymore. I phoned him and he send his techs out, now they found that the defroster is not working. I ask him to replace the noisy timmer on which he refused in a very arrogant manner. Saying "I am not asking you I am telling you theres nothing wrong with that timmer" Well concerning the refridgerator they have replaced the gas motor but the old units switch they have taken without my consent and is denying that they did. Well I gave Dans Appliance until today to come good but he has already indicated that I can go and open a case against him. So a case it will be. Mark
