what has happened to my complain

What has happened to ref no ***?. Just so yoy know I heard someone else complaining how watery inkomazi is this days and how uts turns off quickly...and they dont even know I complained abour the same thing.....u have to pull up your socks,something is seriously wrong with how u make inkomazi lately......now can I know why im hearing nothing about my complain? I said I can send the picture if the bottle..i gave u all details and watever numbers that were on thw bottle.....
