Ulta Mel custard complaint

I bought one of their product ultra Mel custard. When I was about to finish the tub, a black thick substance came out . I can't make out what it is but I have kept the box and content inside. I have also took pictures. I sent them an SMS to the details in the container but no response from them....I'm so disturbed as we have already consumed the custard.
