Something is wrong with Nkomazi

I have been eating Nkomazi since childhood todate and I have discovered that something has gone very wrong with Inkomazi. For the last past 5 months I have bought 2 liters of inkomazi and I found that it expired before time and i never used it but threw away immidietely and now as we speak I just bought one that say best before 30 January 2018 but when I shake it it's not longer thick like before it's full of water and does not mix well no matter how hard you shake it and when I try to eat it taste very bitter and surely I can't eat it at all
