SHOCKING QUALITY OF PRODUCTS

We bought 2 x 500grm Yogi Sip, best before date was fine with a few days but one of the Yogi Sip's was off. Now I know that we didn't loose much money but the mere fact that you are buying a product and being highly disappointed is not acceptable. I have sent emails to Danone to complain, with photo's of the best before date, glasses of the two different Yogi Sip's which you can clearly see that one is a different consistency and I have had no response. I have seen many other complaints after the fact of people buying this product and remarking that it was off/sour. Does not seem like Danone cares about customer satisfaction or suppling a good quality product. This is also not the first time that this has happened to us. I will probably never buy Danone Yogi Sip AGAIN.
