Poor product condition

My family loves Inkomazi and we enjoy it but recently I have been having a problem with the product being in poor condition. The maas is watery and it forms lumps. I buy online at Checkers I don't know whether it's them or on your side. I am reluctant to exchange because I am afraid I'll get the same thing. Also, I shop online because I am avoiding to go in person to the shops based on the current circumstances. I am so disappointed.
