NUTRIDAY COMPETITION LINE NOT FUNCTIONING

I recently bought 3 x1KG tubs of Nutriday Yoghurt by Danone in a Pick n Pay store after spotting a competition promo on the packaging. Once I got home with the product, I tried to enter all 3 of the promo codes printed on the packaging to enter the competition, but unfortunately I could not complete the entry via USSD mechanism, as it kept giving the message that the promo code was incorrect. I have rechecked all 3 promo codes and re-entered them all again on 2 different days, but I am still not able to enter.<br> <br> I have also calle the call centre number stated on the packaging and even the Head Office of Danone and could not get a satisfactory response from either. The standard response (after calling numerous times, as the line is either busy or not answered) was that they are experiencing \systems issues"and I should try entering the next day.<br> <br> It makes me wonder whether this competition is real and I would like to know how the winners who were announced to date have managed to enter their promo codes if the competition is experiencing systems issues.<br> <br> I am disappointed by the response of Danone Head Office - where the relevant staff member merely referred me to the call center"""
