Non-delivery of prizes

I won 2 x Acrobranch Adventure Park vouchers in 2021 and never got them. You had to buy a pack of NutriDay Junior, which I did.The competition stated that when you purchased NutriDay Junior, you would win a guaranteed share of R20 Million in fun experiences. I communicated with them from April, 2021 till May, 2021. I also sent out an email and made numerous calls and the issue remains unresolved. I've been told that the issue has "been escalated" or that "our team is looking into it" when I recently complained on their Facebook page on the 8th of April, 2022.
