No full cream yogurt

I would like to know how come you do not do full cream yogurt for children as it is recommended that it is apart of their diets? The only two brands that sell it is spar squillo brand and pick n pay no name brand and they are most of the time sold out. And it would be nice to be able to purchase a trusted brand like danone.
