Mouldy custard and no response to 5 emails

I purchased four ultra mel custards in December and all was mouldy. I reported this to your customer service email on 5th Jan and still await feedback. My review has now moved from a mouldy product to pathetic client service. Can someone please reply to my 5 emails.
