Mould around the rim.of the lid and bottle

I purchased a 2 L Inkomazi from laxmi in.Lenasia I opened the bottle today 29/01/2018 and found mould around the rim.of the lid as well as the bottle the is totally unacceptable with all the sicknesses going around I have phoned the customer care and layed a complaint it smells of with the best before date being the 8 of Feb 2018......
