Lastest Denone Competition *******

I attempted various times to enter the competition but kept being told my promo code is incorrect. Then the last 2 messages I received was that my weekly limit to enter has been reached. I phoned the number and the person said they'd send me a new promo code. I told her the last message and she said well then I should wait for next week to enter again. How can my limit be reached ifiI have not successfully entered?! Furthermore, how can I be limited by them on how many times I enter yet I'm not limited on how many of their products I buy?! I think this competition is **********! I will now stop purchasing canon and instead purchase their completions products as I feel I don't have to be **** to to purchase their products.
