invalid codes

I bought 2 tubs of 1 kg nutriday hoping to enter the current competition. I tried to enter the competition using the codes on the tubs but overtime i entered the codes i received messages or response that the codes were invalid. I contacted the call centre center where i was provided with 1 code after explaining that i bought 2 tubs. Princess just cut me off. I then tried the code provided via call center and got a a prompt that i have exceeded my entries for the week. I asked speak to speak to someone senior and was denied the code opportunity . I feel that my opportunity to enter the competition has been violated by the fact that that invalid codes were provided with \deliberately ". I always have to waste my airtime making contact with the fact call center explaining my case. I also sent them pictures via call sms showing them the invalid codes provided and the one'invalids on the tubs i have.i don't know if this is a competition or some kind of a circus."""
