Inkomazi Maas, Bad Product Quality

<p>Hello Danone Sa,</p> <p> </p> <p>I love your brand of maas and it is the only one I enjoy but recently I having been having a problem with the product being in poor condition on opening the container.</p> <p> </p> <p>Normally the maas is creamy and ****genous (well blended, without any lumps or separating of components) but I have been encountering an increasing number of stale units where the maas will be watery and the cream component will form small lumps (even though the unit is weeks from expiring).</p> <p> </p> <p>Recently (in the past 4 months) it has reached the point where most of the 2L iNkomzai bottles I have purchased are in this state and I have had to stop buying the product since it just isn't edible in this form.</p> <p> </p> <p>I always buy the maas from the Pick n' Pay at Carlton Centre in Johannesburg Central (in case that is useful information).</p>
