Inkomazi dubble-cap!!

<p>good day</p> <p>I had a terrible experience with Danone SA ! I bought an Inkomazi 250ml at my local Checkers @ Randfontein about 2 months agao . To my surprise when I opened the product I discovered a cap inside the carton. I closed it up again and called their Consumer line and was promised a pick-up for the product to be tested and then feedback would have followed thereafter , to no avail I have logged many complaints and every time I was promised results, Today I was called by one of their Consumer line consultants but I declined the offers for another pick up as it would be one of their empty promises once again. That is why I took to Hello Peter to view my disapproval of Danone SA way of dealing with complaints</p> <p>and till this day I still have my receipt and the carton</p> <p>very disappointing!!!</p>
