Found piece of plastic Danone yogurt

We bought 2 off Danone 6 pack yogurt from Makro Nelspruit for about R12.50 a pack. Upon eating the first cup I came across a piece of plastic inside. Contacted the company Smollan on 20 March 2015 who handles the customer leg of Danone and had e-mail communication with Constance Sengke. This is where my frustration started, I always had to follow up, when do you collect the faulty good, week later, when do you collect the faulty goods. The goods were eventually collected with promise of feedback, no feedback after a week, send another e-mail to Constance Sengke, no response, no feedback. I called again and a lady from Danone provided feedback on the reason for the contamination which I was happy with, she said a voucher would be send to me via courier to cover the cost and a bit extra. Another week past, e-mail to Constance Sengke, no response, no feedback. Phoned Smollan head office and was send from pillar to post. I insisted to speak to Constance supervisor and spoke to Sherise. She could not tell the value of the voucher at first, later her e-mail confirmed that it would be R30-00. What a joke, R26-00 for the goods taken and R5-00 for my effort. Good bye Danone!
