Expired Donone Activia Yoghurt before time and bad service from Danone

I have always been buying the Danone Activia Yoghurts every week for my health reasons as this is a probiotic Yoghurt and just last week on the 13th of August I bought 2 x 6pack 100g Activia Yoghurts and the expiry date says 8th September 2021 and they all taste like nail polish remover and is In a very liquid state which it shouldn't be (it actually should be lumpy). I have tried calling Danone so many times and neither do I get a response nor does the call go through and when I messaged them on Facebook, the message doesn't seem to go through and when I try to go through to their profile it seems as I've been blocked from their page/profile. I have also tried emailing them with the information and pictures of the bar code and expiry date and I also don't get a response there too. Very disappointed as this yoghurt is in fact very good most of the time.
