Ex-Employee Review

1)I fail to understand why such a 'reputable' company has people working for them who have temped there longer than a year. Some even four years.

2) I suggest they send their Managers on leadership training to understand the difference between leadership & dictatorship. Their AR-Finance team treats their staff like kindergardeners monitoring how how long their staff take to go to the toilet, how often they reply to text messages or answer calls, their staff get told on last minute (day of) to work overtime & expect them to drop everything, like people don't have lives outside of work. Then have a sticken attitude when their staff can't comply. Not to mention their Finance staff get called in late hours of the evening to cancel their pre-approved leave because they have deadlines to meet, as a result of leaving tasks for last minute, not to mention their archaic processes.

3) I suggest the company seriously look into recycling paper & update their systems.

Company benefits are great but management's treatment of their staff, utterly pathetic to say the least! Lack of professionalism & no respect for privacy.
