Empty promises from Danone

<p>I had bought a Yogi Sip from a garage in prospecton Durban, but when I opened I found hair. I refered the incident to Danone using their website contact details. I called their complaints line ********** 737 and I cannot remember who I spoke to but my reference was ********** 094, reflecting that this complaint was logged in June. We are now in September but all I keep getting is smses promising that my voucher has been posted and will rech me in 10 days (last sms received was 15 September). I have already notified them twice since that I have not received anything on the post but all I get is just smses mentioning the 10 days. Please can you assist me in this matter because as little as it cost me to buy the Yogi Sip, it was still my hard earned cash. Thank you</p>
