Dont bother with Danone

Complained on 26 Dec 2017 on Danones website about a "blown" 1l Ultramel custard that was supposed to be used for Xmas pies on Christmas day. With a pic. NOTHING. Complained here on HP on 13 Jan 2018. Got a fone call from a very pleasant lady (Melissa) at what I think is a consultancy , but then got questioned as if I was a North Korean spy.. Found the pic of the blown container and forwarded on 19 Jan 2018. NADA since. FFS Danone. I DON'T want my R23.99 back. I don't want any bl@@dy thing except to make you aware there may be a faulty batch out there or the distributors are exposing your products to incorrect storage. FFS I can't even EAT that custard myself as I'm diabetic!
