Disgusting service and bad product

I purchased a 500ml apricot yogi sip from a spar on Wednesday 18th Aug, when I opened it and poured into a glass it was lumpy, watery and looked like it had curdled and was completely off. On Thursday 19th August I purchased another 500ml apricot yogi sip from a checkers and to my surprise I experienced the same result when I opened it. I sent danone a Facebook message on the 19th with a photo, I also sent them an email with the photos. Friday 20th August I receive reply on Facebook apologizing for this and request for my contact details, I rep**** back with my contact details and since the morning I have Recieved no further communication from them and have received no response to my email sent. How can you supply your customers with products that are off and expect them unknowing this supply it to their customers and when a complaint comes in there is no sense of urgency to sort this out. Disgusting service to be honest.
