Danone sour taste

I bought a 1kg tub of fruit ****tail yogurt. The taste is just unbearably sour! Not off sour but lemon sour. I'm keeping the tub for Danone to come and collect. Best before date is 03 October 2021

Thank you for making a call to me. The gentleman helping me was very friend and I rated him a 5. I did send pictures of my product on a whatsaap number but I'm not sure what is suppose to happen now? Do I still keep the yogurt?
