Danone sold us slimmy inkomazi

I bought Inkomazi at Shopright, Pumula branch. I however threw away the till slip before using that milk. At the time of using it, we found it to be slimmy. And somewhat spoilt. But we could not return them to the store as we did not have till slips. I then tried to contact Danone. First it is extremely difficult to get them on online. But I finally managed to call and post on their Fb page. It is however for yogurt only. Been struggling since June 2015
