Danone's none existent customer service

Usually when you buy Danone's products you don't expect it to be ****, but this time it was. Called the call center and explained the problem that the Custard that i bought was stale before expiry date they assured me that they will send a courier to collect within 24 hours that was on the 17 June 2015. Called in on the 19th and was advised by the call center that they will get back to me on the same day. ********!! Wasting my money buying your off products is not my pastime hobby, I work hard for my money and I expect quality products not ****ty service and empty promises from you. To this day i am still waiting for this bogus courier to collect.
