Danone protein drinking yoghurts
I buy on average 50 Danone protein drinking yoghurts A month. Two batches of the vanilla yoghurt have been off recently to the degree that they were fizzy and exploded when opening them. Showed the manager at checkers who quickly took them off the shelf as they were visibly leaking before the expiry date. Reported it this to Danone who gave me a ref and never bothered coming back to me. Not the service you expect when you support a company like this

12 Dec 2019, 11:30Customer care did come back to me to tell me they were going to come back to me but they would not have any real feedback as they don't have the actual product that was faulty to test. So why did you make me call you back with the batch number when I originally tried to log this incident. Also I returned the faulty product and pointed it out to the manager at checkers. Why didn't you test those
