Bad service 100%

I am at a loss for words. After my last post I recieve a call 1st sep from a gentlemen called Elton trying to convince me to take his word at just that that they have recalled the batches and reissued new batches. Told him after experiencing this 3 times in 3 weeks there is no ways can just sommer take their word so he says someone call me 9am Thursday 2nd sep to log the complaint and issue me a voucher so can purchase new product and see for myself. Well today is the 5th sep and surprise suprise no phone call from danone. Why must I support a product /company when they don't care about their clients and they don't know true meanning to customer service. Can take your product and shove it. I will rather support another product and do my best to stop others from purchasing your product.
