Bad product Inkomazi

I have bought Inkomazi at pick n pay Golden walk Germiston and it was very bad in taste. It was water separated from clots and I have tried shaking it but it was still separated. It was like fresh milk but the expiry was ok. I phoned the customer service on the 11th December 2017 and the lady that was assisting me wanted expiry date and time details I gave her all the information she needed. I was told that they will investigate about the matter to date I did not get any feedback from them. I'm very disappointed as I have used Money to buy their product and airtime too to call customer service to complain about their bad product.
