Three weeks and no update - Bennoni branch

Very Bad Service,

My Car was in a accident insurance towed it there three weeks agai, up until now no body can give me a update, all i hear is they waiting for parts, but no further info they can provide,

i will like to know some sort of ETA as i am without a Car already for three weeks, , is parts coming from overseas or local etc, as the owner i want feedback
