SHOCKING AND UNPROFESSIONAL

My car was broken into early December, window broken, radio ****** and some parts of car damaged. I had the window repaired independently, and was advised by my insurer to use Danmar for the rest (collusion as they are in the same building). I was told I would have to leave my car there for 4 days!! I had to rent a car as my job keeps me on the road. When I went to pick up the car after 4 days, they informed me they ordered wrong parts and I'd have to come back. The aerial for the new radio also didn't work properly. When I took it a back a second time, I was told they have arranged with radio people to fix and everything would be ready. Still not. They **** about getting people in to look at the radio and asked me to bring the car back yet again! I refused, and was told the other company would come to my office. Yet again they ****! After numerous calls and waiting in the office (not working again!) they arrived and had none of the tools necessary to fix the problem as Danmar damaged the adaptor when they initially installed the radio. More than 6 weeks later I am still sitting here with a radio that has no signal and lost income. Unprofessional, will definitely not recommend.
