Poor Workmanship and Quality Control
Took my Mazda 5 to Danmar Ophirton for repairs to Bumper and back. Was notified vehicle is ready. When I went to collect the vehicle I pointed out a chip on the area that was repaired. They asked me to leave the vehicle and assured it would be aorted out. After few day they called vehicle is ready. When I went to collect I pointed out that some plastic covers were broken and they said they would order and notify me when it arrives then I can bring in the vehicle to sort it out. In the interim i became curios and started inspecting my vehicle closer on to find to my utter dissapointment that the bumber had not even been affixed, the bumper light was affixed with self tapping *****s. Towbar was still at a slant from the impact of the accident. After many calls and emails back and forth( approx 90) they assured me that they would arrange a car hire and sort out my vehicle. Its already over 2 weeks since they trying to find a car. I must say that Wendileen is excellent with her service but the problem just not getting solved. Makes me wonder how many customers ever detect the poor workmanship assuming that Danmar is approved by the Major Vehicle Manufacturers. Dissapointed<br>
