Pathetic and poor service. 3 months waiting AND NO REPAIR WORK HAS STARTED

My vehicle has been standing at DANMAR AUTOBODY BENONI SINCE THE 24th OF NOVEMBER 2018 and till date the 23rd of January 2019 NO REPAIR WORK HAS STARTED ON MY VEHICLE. Nothing!!!!!! The feedback i received this morning from the Danmar representative handling my vehicles repair work was that not even she is getting any assistance from her management in obtaining the needed parts to repair my vehicle and that she let slip as well that they purchased ALSO some second hand parts to repair my vehicle when everything on the quotation provided was quoted to be brand new.

To date ive waited EXACTLY 3 months for my vehicle and to date NOTHING has been done. I have informed them time and again that their serious lack of professionalism and work ethichs is severely costinf my as i stay in Boksburg and have to travel to Randburg every day for work thus then meaning my wife and i have to share one vehicle thus then causing me to only pick up my wife and children from work after 18:45 sometime after 19:00.

I have asked nicely and humbely to request a courtesy car AND TILL NOW MY REQUESTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY IGNORED. NOT ONCE HAVE DID THEY AT LEAST HAVE THE HUMILITY TO SAY SORRY WE CANT HELP YOU WITH A COURTESEY CAR.
