Out of this World Customer Feedback

After delivering my car to Danmar Motors for panel beating repairs on 12 August 2015, I received 10 emails almost daily providing feedback and pictures as to the progress of the repairs. At every point of the process I knew exactly what the progress was. <br> <br> The service consultant was friendly when I picked up the car...it was really such a refreshing and reassuring experience. Danmar Motors should provide training to all other service providers as to how customer feedback should be conducted. They get a 5 star rating with a score of 12 out of 10!!!<br> <br> Thanks guys! May you only grow from strength to strength.
