Most pathetic company and service

Firstly as part of Danmar, Renasa is the worst insurance insurance company that I have ver dealt with. If I can give anyone advice, please do not make use of them. My vehicle was ****** in April of which Cartrack got it back. They decided that my vehicle will be repaired after it was ripped apart. It is now the end of September Nd I have still not received my vehicle. The first time they brought it to me and I sent it back there were oil stains inside my vehicle on the carpets, the dashboard was stained, the roof lights didnt work, there was cat hair in my vehicle, the tow bars cover was gone and the tailgate was bended. Before **** of the earth stole my bakkie it was in perfect condition, I look after my vehicle obviously Renasa and Danmar (please do not deal with them if you want your vehicle to be fixed) doesnt give a ****! We had a meeting with all the involved parties and agreed that everything on the list will be fixed. My vehicle was sent to me last night and it looked EXACTLY the same. I sent it back once again. 5 month???? I just spoke to the “director” of Danmar and he said that he knows nothing, and that its untrue the vehicle hasnt been there that long. No sir, you have no idea whats happening in your company and if you are the director then yes I can see why your company’s service is what it is. Danmar is the worst company to ever send your vehicle to. Please please do NOT. They are very unrealiable and you will be without a vehicle for a few months. Renasa as the insurance company has not done anything to assist with this matter either.
