GROSS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would like express a horrible encounter from a Robertville branch estimator by the name of Rudi Bezuidenhout. This person displayed an arrogant behaviour and was not friendly at all as if I was there to ask him for a favour. The questions he asked were out of order. He was unprofessional and very ********* in his behaviour, he gave me a quote of R5 654.40 and for the same quote from two independent companies were not above R2 900. Rudi's conduct changed just after I told him which cover was I using. Was this perhaps a reap off from this company. I would urge other customers not to visit this company that treats customers with such disdain. None of the people that I know will use this company.
