***** and bad workmanship

I am unhappy with the workmanship offered by Danmar Panelbeaters
My vehicle was with them since beginning of August 2015, in this time I went to collect it 3 times and had to leave the car there each time.
The side trim on the car was lose, paint defects on under the rear right window were visible.

I collected the car and then I had to return the car because the bumper had been badly deformed from what I can assume was excessive heat as it looked like the plastics were melted. They were instructed to replace the bumper. Upon collection thereafter, the new bumper they fitted wasnt sprayed entirely and overspray and unpainted parts could be seen in the grille.

I then returned another day to collect the vehicle to find that the paint work was full of swirls and holograms and what was initially we regarded as orangepeal and overspray. As discussed with the manager there, I would be booking this vehicle in for detailing to address these concerns, as their polishing guy had obviously no experience/knowledge how to buff a car without damaging it.

This year, the car has subsequently been sent to another panelbeater to repair the bad paintwork and it has been discovered that Danmar used the incorrect paint color for my repairs. Meaning the repaired areas are now a darker red.
And now even more alarmingly, upon taking the "NEW" bumper they fitted it has been noticed that they merely repaired my bumper and not replaced it. So what happened to the "NEW" bumper? It was then discovered that the part of the bumper which was deformed was then merely cut off and replaced with a second hand panel from a white bumper which was obviously found in a s**** yard. New bumper was likely returned to their supplier for credit. This here is an act of *****

Also worth mentioning,
1. the side skirt of the car, which they reattached popped off again,
2. headlight adjustment wasnt done correctly
3. weatherstrip on the drivers door fell off.
4. In the time my vehicle was at this panelbeater they drove the car around for a total of approx 30km, First time was apparently needed, to get the alignment done. Last time they drove the car for 14km. Surely they should not be driving customers cars around in the street. - Richard **** about not driving the car around
5. the aircon pump was noisy on the car and I instructed them not to use the aircon as it could sieze and break the vbelt. They re-gassed the aircon regardless and following that my aircon wouldnt engage at all.(aircon was subsequently replaced by renault) - Richard **** about engaging the aircon
6. Upon collection my radio antenna was ******, they had to supply a new one It was then pointed out to me by a friend in the Renault community that the bumper of the car was not the same finish as the rest of the car.
As I no longer wish to return my car to Danmar, I reported it to my insurance assessor which confirmed that this was infact bad paintwork. Unfortunately this was only noticed a month after and I had to wait for the assessor to come inspect the car personally, the insurance has now made contact with Danmar for them to pay which they refuse to be liable for, claiming it took too long for me to report it. Regardless of their workmanship warranty and lifetime paint warranty The timeframe of this entire debacle has spanned since end July 2015 to current, and my car which I have the utmost pride in is still damaged
