Denmar Autobody Ophirton empty promises

Denmar Autobody in Ophirton had the WORST service and are con artist .Got an accident in June and the insurance sent it to Denmar now when the fixing was done when i fetched my car when I get home I realise that the Boot Shock (the one that holds the boot door) on the other side is missing and it shows it was taken it now when I open the door it keeps on closing down .2ndly my HOOTER doesn't work and it is dangerous driving a car that doesn't have a hooter now I called them after two days since it was weekend and they don't open on weekends the Manager Anthony and Presious know I've been calling and calling but they keep telling me they will respond to me but they never did it's over 2 weeks now I wanna know what kind of Company is this ?? Looks like they don't care about their customers
