Danmar Autobody- Shocking lack of service

Our Insurance ( Oakhurst Insurance) recommended Danmar Autobody in Cape Town to repair our vehicle. nothing Major, we were told by Danmar that it would take 5 buisness days to repair.

Our vehicle was dropped off around 9am on 30th May 2019.

We followed up the following week and were informed that the vehicle will be heading to spray booth.......

ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO OUR VEHICLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are now 5 weeks down, and have no vehicle.

This is our work vehicle, we have been passed from pillar to post.

Excuses of Mike in meetings, or parts havent arrived..

I phoned today, and spoke to Mike, he claimed he had told the client all along they didnt have parts, he didnt even know I was the owner of the vehicle.

during the 5 weeks we have had to hire other bakkies, pay for a full months insurance.. and we cant even make use of our bakkie.
