Danmaar autobody avoids repsonding to my complaint

Danmar Autobody (the branch that is near the greenstone business park) still has not responded to my complaint regarding an issue/incident in 2014 whereby they had damaged my car battery and were not honest about it. Are they trying to avoid rectifying the problem? the damage incurred stems from carelessness and incompetence as well as substandard work. I have logged a complaint on hellopeter, and ( at that time) spoke to employee at Danmar Autobody telephonically and it seems as if the issue has been overlooked and it is still NOT resolved!
