Bad service

Took my car to danmar ophirton for minor repair damage and was told it would take 10-14 working days.everytime after the 14day period lapsed and i enquired about my vehicle i was told that the paint was buffed off of my vehicle and being sent back for repairs,3times this has happened.eventually received an sms saying my car can be collected and when i phoned to confirm i was told the msg was sent to the wrong person.after the 4th week i phoned again and the lady that was dealing with my car put the phone down in my ear.phoned again and spoke to an Anthony and was assisted superbly,he promised my car would be ready by the monday. So well done to Anthony as it seems he is the only one that knows what to do in that place as i did receive my car on the day he promised.
