Bad attitude, service, late delivery and damaged

I was manipulated by the insurance and the assessor to take my vehicle to Danmar Autobody Longmeadow.<br> The quotations I obtained of brand approved repairers closer to me, was not accepted. They then delivered the vehicle two days later as promised, one of the expensive items on the quote was not replaced when the vehicle was delivered to me. While I was waiting, they then fitted it ( it was ordered and in stock ). In the process of doing that, they bumped my car inside their workshop and delivered it to me without mentioning this. When i realised it, they agreed to repair it, but my vehicle has to be taken back in. They were not prepared to assist me in any way with alternative transport after I was inconvenienced now by THEIR incompetence. Their attitude is far from the customer service stated on their webpage!!!!!
