AVOID AT ALL COSTS

<p>I took my nearly-new Renault to Danmar Cape Town for an insurance claim on a small dent, as the panelshop is both Renault- and Santam-approved - unaccountably, as I found them utterly unprofessional and chaotic. They assured me they would have the correct parts by the time I dropped the car with them in early May; and I was shocked when I called two weeks later to organise collection, to be told they hadn’t even started work on the vehicle. The following two weeks were a nightmare of unreturned calls, inexplicable delays and shoddy customer service. Finally, they had the car for over four weeks for a repair that should have been finished in one.<br />Poorest auto service I’ve ever had in SA - avoid like the plague.</p>
