Theft and *****- Very bad business practice and ethics.

Extremely poor service and very bad business practice and ethics.

After 16 days of having paid the owner, Danielle Kim Biggar at DaniKb, to have a AVADA licence renewed, which I was overcharged for, I was promised the service will be delivered on Monday 30 January 2022. After 9 days when I still did not receive my new licence details, I requested a full refund. I was informed that I will not get my refund and will wait until she, the owner is ready to deliver. I was told:

"Ill install the licence as agreed, on my time, not yours, just to be rid of you for good".

I never requested she install a licence either. but instead, only renew it. Due to the fact that I had employed another web developer two years ago, as a result of poor service and bad business ethics practiced by Danielle Biggar- DaniK I had paid Danielle Kim Biggar in April 2021, R1200 for a job, which she never did. After I incured extra expenses with a different developer in order to get the urgent work done, I got told by Danielle Kim Biggar, that she had done it. Which was a lie. So I requested a report from her for the work which she claims to have done. It is now 2 years later and still no report, nor refund received. My money was literaly ****** from Danielle Kim Biggar at DaniKb web developing: Poor service and bad business ethics.

Be advised: anyone who uses this service, do so at their own risk. Doing business with this company is a financial risk and gamble. I am laying charges against Danielle Kim Biggar and DaniKb for theft and *****.
