NO AFTERCARE: DANIE'S DOMESTIC SERVICES & REPAIRS

Danie Smit from Danie's Domestic Services & Repsirs accepted a job, repairing our tumble drier, knowing it is in Centurion.

We waited a while but he came to replace and service our machine. It wasn't even a week when the machine started to make weird sounds. Called/messaged him numerous time's to come and have a look. Took weeks before he came out. When he eventaully came it was founded that he either did not put a part back or did not put it back properly.

A week later the machine again started to make nioses and we called him again, because surely his work have at least a 3 month gaurentee.

After numerous calls/messages starting October/November 2022 he said he will come out he is just very bussy. So December come and go. During January we contacted him again to find out when he is coming, eventually we got hold of him again, when he indicated that he is very bussy working in the East of Pretoria and that Centurion is'nt realy part of his area, but that he will come out. It is February 2023 he still did not come and do the necessary repairs on work HE has done knowing that this is in Centurion when HE accepted the job. So our Tumble drier is standing since October 2022 not able to use it as it seems that the belt that HE has replaced, come off from the bin. This is not how a professional person/company (Danie's Domestic Services & Repairs ) with integrity should treats it's clients.

Will never make use of him again and will never refer him for service to others in need of repairs, as their is no aftercare service with him. It also indicates that he is not so provisient in the work as he advertises.
